Congratulations to Cody Boyd
(Owner of Boyd's Outlaw Sleep Center)

The Museum of the Great Wars is proud to announce the addition of our first home, a 2006 12x60 school building. This building has been brought over to the lot on the corner of Butler and Van Nuys, where we will begin rehabbing it through the summer. We are aiming to ground set it in the summer and the building will give us a place to do presentations, displays and an office for the Museum of the Great Wars.
Congratulations to Cody Boyd, the winner of our latest raffle for the Yugo 48 Mauser!
Cody has been a loyal participant in many of our raffles and has consistently supported our mission of preserving and sharing the stories of the Greatest Generation. We're incredibly grateful for his continued encouragement.
As if that wasn't enough, Cody generously donated additional items for us to raffle during our upcoming July raffles at Annie's Thrift Store. Thank you, Cody, for your generosity and for helping us continue our mission. Congratulations again, and enjoy your new rifle!
New Project!!!

Introducing our newest additions our Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon U.S. Navy WWII bomber. This airplane is currently in Mesa AZ and is starting to be disassembled March 1, 2026. After the bomber is disassembled and brought up to Kingman, it will be displayed by the terminal building at the Kingman Airport.

Over at the Airport Cafe, 20% of all summer seasonal wrap sales will go to our PV-2 Harpoon project!
This PV-2 Harpoon is the second oldest surviving airframe on the planet and has 2,000 HP engines, can carry 4,000lbs of bombs and had a range of over 2,000 miles. This will be the only combat aircraft on public display in Mohave County.
We will be naming the aircraft "The City of Kingman" and there will be a lot of opportunities for businesses and the community to help support this project and help make this a permanent tourism spot for the city of Kingman and help continue to tell the stories of the greatest generation! If you want to help in any way, contact Tom Saluzzo for all the ways that we can continue to make this happen for the community and stop in the Airport Cafe and try one of the summer wraps!!
